KINGSINE's story began in 1999 when we introduced the 308C+, our first microprocessor-based protection relay test set. That year, KINGSINE became the first company in China to launch a microprocessor-driven relay test set. Since then, KINGSINE has been on a continuous journey of optimizing and evolving our products based on market demands and customer feedback.
Looking back, R&D has always been the driving force behind KINGSINE's growth. Over the past 20+ years, KINGSINE has consistently pushed boundaries as technology and market needs have evolved. In 2020, drawing from years of experience, KINGSINE launched the KF8 series—an all-in-one protection relay test set. Featuring an innovative Plug&Play modular design, the device weighs just 10kg while providing high power output, making it easier and more efficient for engineers to work.
However, it was customer feedback that guided KINGSINE's next major step. Many engineers expressed a need for a more portable device for simpler field testing environments, as it would significantly improve testing efficiency. In response, KINGSINE launched the KFA series in 2023—the world's first mini three-phase protection relay test set that weighs only 3.7kg but delivers 3×20A output. KINGSINE's unique design and excellent performance have received widespread praise in the market.
KINGSINE is now pushing forward with the launch of the KFA320. By the end of 2024, KINGSINE introduced this fully-featured six-phase protection relay test set, which not only offers higher testing capabilities but also supports IEC61850 functionality, fulfilling the growing demands of the industry.
In addition to these new models, KINGSINE's classic products, such as the K68i and K30 from 2008 and the K31 from 2016, have long been popular with customers, witnessing KINGSINE's global expansion.
Today, KINGSINE is proud to introduce the latest generation of protection relay test sets: KFA320, KFA310, and KF86P. These new products continue KINGSINE’s commitment to technological innovation, all featuring the Plug&Play modular design. This design enhances the quality and reliability of the equipment while making after-sales service more convenient, faster, and cost-effective.
