We've successfully conducted similar projects, like our collaboration with the Southern Power Grid in China. In that project, KINGSINE utilized four KF86 protection relay test set to achieve synchronized output of 18-phase voltage and 24-phase current.
Here's how you can achieve synchronization with three KINGSINE KF86P protection relay tester:
Different Locations:
▪ Each KF86P has a GPS port for synchronization via GPS.
Same Location:
▪ Method 1: A synchronization signal is generated by a protection relay (or other external device) and triggers the signal via the external synchronize port.
▪ Method 2: Synchronization instructions can be sent through one computer. One KF86P relay tester acts as the master and generates the synchronization signal. All three units receive the signal simultaneously through the external synchronize port.
Each KF86P protection relay testing equipment comes equipped with two RJ45 Ethernet ports, allowing you to build a network directly without needing an additional switch. You can connect and control all three devices using a single computer.
The synchronization time between the three KF86P tester is less than 1 microsecond, ensuring real-time precision and reliability for your operations.
